Privacy notice
How project information is handled through this website.
Last updated October 1, 2026.
This notice describes information handled through this website when you ask Simmons Brothers Trucking LLC (SBT) about a project.
Information you choose to share
The project form asks for your name, email, optional phone number, requested service, project county and project details. Share only information relevant to your project. Please do not include sensitive personal information.
How your request is delivered
In email draft mode, the form prepares a message in your email app. The website does not send it; you review and send the email yourself. If direct delivery is enabled, the form sends the details to the configured delivery service. It confirms delivery only when that service reports it. Your request is used to discuss the project and respond to your inquiry.
Website storage and outside services
This website does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, analytics scripts on initial page load. Form details are not saved in browser storage by this website. The hosting provider may process routine access logs, including IP addresses and requested pages. Email and direct delivery providers may process messages under their own policies.
Facebook links
Links to Facebook open a separate website. Facebook’s own privacy policy applies there. Photos and the background video are served as local website assets; viewing them does not load a Facebook embed. The optional Load Facebook updates button connects to Facebook only after you click it. Facebook may process connection information and use cookies under its own policies. The company page link remains available if embedded updates do not appear.
